焊材库房操作规程
WELDING CONSUMABLE STORANGE OPERATION PROCEDURE
1、库管员必须每日检查、确认焊材库的温度、湿度情况，温度不低于10°C，相对湿度不高于60%。每日上午、下午各记录一次焊材库的实际温度和湿度数据。

The temperature in the room shall be kept at 10℃ Min., and the maximum relative humidity shall be 60 percent. The keeper shall record the temperature and relative humidity every day.
2、 焊接材料入库时，库管员应检查焊接材料的包装有无破损，核对牌号、批号、规格及数量，确认无误后方可入库。

3、库房内不同牌号、不同规格的焊材要隔开，分别摆放整齐，不能直接放置在地面上，原则上应离地面300mm以上，离墙间距也在300mm以上。

4、库管员每天8:00-8:30、13:00-13:30进行焊材的发放工作,11:00-11:30、16:30-17:00对焊剂进行回收工作.不得超额对焊工发放焊材，要求控制施工人员做到焊材随用、随领，。按质量部规定的表格，做好每日焊材发放记录，记录应保持完整、清晰。对于报废的焊材请焊材库内作好分离和标识.

5、焊剂应从干净、干燥的工件上收集. 回收的焊剂应进行处理,保证无异物.使用焊剂不应超过4小时,焊材库应进行收回.并将其放入保温箱内,当焊剂现场存放时间大于4小时且放在容器得到很好的保护,焊剂可回收进行重新烘焙,原则上不允许焊剂放置于车间的早间超过8小时. 再次发放使用时应加入不少于50%烘焙后新焊剂.对于受潮的焊剂,库管应予以回收、报废.
