二 、各单位计划性领取保养件和油脂类物资
Scheduled Procurement of Maintenance Parts and Lubricants

计划性出库是指在物资出库过程中,通过事先的计划和安排,确保物资的需求、库存、出库时间等各方面得到合理的控制与优化。这种方法能有效提升物资管理的效率,减少浪费,确保生产和运营的顺畅。
Planned Outbound Process refers to the process of ensuring that material demands, inventory, and outbound timing are properly controlled and optimized through prior planning and arrangement. This approach effectively improves the efficiency of materials management, reduces waste, and ensures smooth production and operations.

1、分包单位制定下月保养计划
Subcontractors to Develop Next Month's Maintenance Plan
维保单位可通过设备当前运行小时数,计算出下月设备维保项目。
The maintenance unit can calculate the maintenance tasks for the next month based on the current operating hours of the equipment.

保养类型:     250H    500H      1000H     2000H
Maintenance Type :  
设备维保类型不同,所需保养件和油脂数量不同,计算出保养类型后便可得出下月所需保养件数量和油脂数量。
Different types of equipment maintenance require varying amounts of spare parts and lubricants. Once the maintenance type is determined, the required quantities of spare parts and lubricants for the next month can be calculated.
因设备保养是可预见性,而且保养件和油脂标准统一,可以做到有计划性申请。
Since equipment maintenance is predictable, and the spare parts and lubricants have standardized specifications, it is possible to apply for them in a planned manner.

2、依据保养计划申请配件数量申请 Apply for Spare Parts Based on the Maintenance Plan

3、物资部根据分包单位提交的申请单,计划下月出库时间
仓库可通过审批过的领料单物资类型和数量来做计划工作,对设备、人力进行统一调配,在安排好出库时间后,提前通知领用单位,按照计划时间来领料。

A/提升仓库管理的效率:
提高出库速度:事先制定物资出库计划,仓库工作人员能够提前做好准备,减少寻找物资、搬运等操作的时间,提升整体出库效率。
降低出库混乱:计划性出库使得出库流程更加有序,避免了因临时需求或人员不明确而产生的混乱,提升了仓库作业的流畅性。

B/减少错误与浪费
避免误出库或重复出库:计划性出库能够减少人为错误,例如误出物资、出错物资或重复发货等。出库动作都经过事先规划,确保出库的物资与需求一致。
减少损耗和损坏:通过计划性出库,物资在仓库中的停留时间得到合理控制,减少因过期、过时、搬运等因素导致的损耗和损坏。

3、The Materials Department plans the outbound schedule for the next month based on the requests submitted by the subcontractors.
The warehouse can plan the outbound process based on the approved material requisition forms, including the types and quantities of materials. This allows for the unified allocation of equipment and manpower. Once the outbound schedule is arranged, the requesting units are notified in advance to collect materials according to the planned timeline.

1. Improving Warehouse Management Efficiency:

Increasing Outbound Speed: By preparing a material outbound plan in advance, warehouse staff can get ready beforehand, reducing time spent searching for materials or handling them, thereby improving overall outbound efficiency.

Reducing Outbound Confusion: A planned outbound process makes the workflow more organized, preventing confusion caused by last-minute requests or unclear personnel assignments, thus improving the smoothness of warehouse operations.

2. Reducing Errors and Waste:

Avoiding Incorrect or Duplicate Outbound Shipments: A planned outbound process minimizes human errors, such as sending the wrong materials, incorrect shipments, or duplicate deliveries. All outbound actions are pre-planned to ensure that the materials align with actual needs.

Reducing Loss and Damage: Through planned outbound management, the time materials spend in the warehouse is reasonably controlled, reducing loss or damage caused by factors such as expiration, obsolescence, or mishandling during transportation.

计划性出库带来的好处主要体现在提升物资供应的准确性和及时性、提高仓库管理效率、增强供应链协同等方面。
The benefits of planned outbound processes are mainly reflected in improving the accuracy and timeliness of material supply, enhancing warehouse management efficiency, and strengthening supply chain collaboration.
