SAFETY OPERATING REGULATION IN WAREHOUSE
库房操作安全规范
第1条 Objective 目的
In order to prevent accident occurred; ensure personnel safety during the daily work in warehouse, setting up the rules as the following:
为了预防意外事故的发生，确保仓库人员在日常工作中的人身安全，特发布此规定如下：
第2条Scope 范围
This regulation is suitable for all the peoples, who are working in main warehouse. In case of the discrepancies between the regulation and the regulation of HOERMANN (TIANJIN) policy, the regulation of HOREMANN policy shall prevail.
本规定适用于全体材料仓库作业人员, 如本规定与公司政策相关规定不一致时，以公司规定为准。
第3条 Content of the regulation 内容
1.The people, who drive forklift or operating special equipment without driving license, are forbidden.
严禁无证驾驶叉车、天车等特种设备。
2.The people, who climb the rack to put away or take the material is forbidden.
严禁攀爬货架做任何物料搬运动作。
3.The people, who are working in heavy rack area, must wear a safety helmet.
在重型货架操作的人员必须戴上安全头盔。
4.The people, who are working in warehouse, must wear uniform and safety shoe.
仓库作业人员在日常工作中必须穿公司提供的安全鞋、工作服等劳保用品。
5.There is no smoking area in main warehouse, and the task related to the fire is prohibited by any excuse.
任何人严禁在仓库内吸烟，仓库人员严禁以任何名义在库内从事明火作业及其相关具有隐患的作业。
6.Regular daily within warehouse must be done by the Forman of the sub-group before off duty, and warehouse group leader also make regular tour inspection to ensure no hidden trouble exist, and fill the inspection record as one of the benchmark for warehouse people assessment.
每天下班前，仓库各小组组长巡查各组管辖区域，仓库主管定期巡查仓库并填写检查记录表，并据此作为考核仓库员工的依据之一，以确保无隐患存在。 |
